The Project is located in Attapue, Laos, PDR. with replacement of turbine speed governor and control unit, generator excitation system for turbine output 0.2MW. It completely with installation and commissioning system.
The unit is improved to change the configuration of synchronization unit from off-grid to on-grid synchronization.
