Site condition;
The Project is located in Chaiyaphumm, Thailand with convert the waste pulp and wastewater to biogas with high CH4 content. The system is designed based anaerobic baffled reactor technology with equalization pond to scrub carbon dioxide (CO2) from biogas.
The waste pump and wastewater is mixing from the waste pulp zone and carry through the pipe to biogas diestion zone. The Biogas is generated with high yield, with high efficeiency of COD reduction to get more biogas volume. The biogas is scrubbed H2S gas (hydrogen sulfide) and treated before sending to boiler and power gas engine unit.
For safety regulation, the standby enclosed flare unit is provided in emergency case. The entire system is controlled by PLC/SCADA to easier for operation and monitoring.
